The scope of our activity includes execution of waterproofing projects both in building construction and civil engineering.
We provide waterproofing for flat roofs (including thermal insulation with metal flashings) with or without access, green roofs, waterproofing against industrial and domestic water, ground vapour, ground moisture, groundwater pressure, both in new works and reconstructions.
In addition to thermal insulation of flat roofs, complete thermal insulation of passive houses is also carried out by our company.
Waterproofing against ground moisture and ground water
Waterproofing against permanent groundwater
The waterproofing against groundwater consists of two main parts: waterproofing which protects areas and building constructions being under the competent groundwater level against the effect of groundwater and structurally designed counter-structures which bear the load of water pressure.
Waterproofing against ground moisture
It protects walls and floor structures against capillary water coming from the soil.
Waterproofing of ground floors
Waterproofing of slab-on-ground floors having waterproof connection to the damp-proof course of walls against ground moisture.
Waterproofing of basement walls
Protective waterproofing of wall structures being in connection with the soil against groundwater or surface seepage water.
Waterproofing against periodical groundwater
Waterproofing against periodically appearing seepage water, confined aquifer and accumulating water having similar effects to groundwater. The execution of this waterproofing is the same as that made against permanent groundwater. In case of applying a drainage system to decrease hydrostatic pressure, it may be the same waterproofing used against ground moisture.
Waterproofing of plinth walls
Waterproof membranes laid vertically above the pavement around the building or the ground level protecting the adjacent wall structure against the effect of wind-driven rain and/or seepage moisture coming from the soil on the inner side.
Waterproofing against ground moisture which is built in the wall structures to prevent the seepage of capillary water.
Waterproofing of roofs
It is a continuous layer which protects the building against rainwater. It includes valleys, edges, breakthroughs, outlets and dilatation gap details.
Waterproofing against rainwater can be made on roofs with or without access and on green roofs.
Roof with access: e.g. terraces, balconies, loggias.
Roof without access: e.g. upper flat roof.
